Great pizza. Awesome service. Christy was very helpful and polite.
Call in an hour ahead get there and no pizza. This truck stop is good when you're using the convenient store but is lacking in the restaurant department. The other restaurant is hit or miss... one day it's open for 24 hours the next day they're closed at 12 and the owner doesn't seem to care. Truck drivers have crazy schedules that's what travel centers are supposed to accommodate. We're on the go at all hours. These restaurants need consistency.
Jim the manager was GREAT. I picked up a pizza and didn't realize I ordered a pan pizza. I called and complained not realizing my mistake and Jim was so nice. He apologized and offered to make me a new pizza and deliver it for free. I then realized my mistake and called back and apologized telling him I meant to order a regular crust pizza and not deep dish and he was so awesome! He still made me a new pizza the way I wanted it and had it delivered free of charge. Now that's customer service done right! Thanks Jim and the Papa Johns staff.
Terrible order light sauce lol they doubled it more sauce then cheese and 1 pepperoni per slice on med pan won't go again Christy took order was good very nice the cook sucks if this is light God I don't want to see normal. Cooked on outside but crust is raw on inside sad they weren't even busy
Quality was good, skimpy on the toppings. I expected more for a small $13 pie.
